How to provide your meter reads
Contact our dedicated freephone meter reading line on 0800 027 8000. If your last bill was estimated and your meter reading(s) are provided within 30 calendar days from the bill date an amended bill will be generated.
If your meter reading(s) are received outside this 30 calendar day window or if your last bill was to actual meter reads the original invoice will stand and the meter reading(s) you provide will be stored and displayed on your next quarterly invoice.
