At least two days before moving, please take a few minutes to finalise the account for your old home.
Simply log into 'My Account', click on the ‘Moving Home' link and follow the step-by-step instructions. We’ll ask you to provide a meter reading and forwarding address. Easy as that!
You may have to register for the ‘My Account’ service if you haven’t used it before. Click here to find out about registering to manage your account online.
