ScottishPower’s innovative new Carbon Account enables customers to make a difference and play their part in combating climate change.

The first online service of its kind from an energy company, the Carbon Account lets you calculate your household’s emissions by looking at your home, your energy consumption, and other lifestyle habits, and then measuring the impact of any changes you make.

Not only that, it offers simple, cost effective tips and advice that could help you reduce your emissions. What you can't reduce, you can neutralize (or 'offset') by planting trees that reabsorb or by investing in projects that cut down emissions, such as those which use renewable energy sources through our partnership with Future Forests. By acting on our advice, not only will you help save the planet, but you could save money too.
