Bank/Giro/PostOffice/PayPoint

Paying your bill in person is easy. Simply fill in the Bank Giro Credit slip attached to your bill and take it, along with your payment in cash or a cheque, to any bank or Post Office.

By cheque

If you’re paying in a cheque at the bank, you should make it payable to “ScottishPower”.  However, if you’re using the Post Office, your cheque should be made payable to “Post Office Ltd”. Either way, please write your name, address and 11 digit account number (you’ll find this on your bill) on the back of the cheque.

Girobank account

If you’re using a Girobank account, please send your payment to Girobank plc, Bootle, Merseyside, GIR OAA. Please note that this service is free at the Post Office, but some banks may make a charge.

PayPoint

Lastly, remember that PayPoint outlets only accept cash.
