Your prepayment meter will continue to collect the fixed weekly charge, even if you are not using any gas or electricity. If you are going to be away from home you should make sure there is enough credit in your meter to cover these charges, otherwise your supply may be cut off.

If you have to go into hospital, please ask a friend, neighbour or medical social worker to contact us, so that we can make sure you have an electricity or gas supply when you come home.
