Or alternatively you can use our dedicated card payment facility to pay your bill with a debit card. Simply dial 0845 270 0700 and select the payment option. You will then be guided through the payment process with a series of instructions. You don't need to speak to a customer services adviser all you need is your debit card details along with your account number, which is shown on your bill.
