Air source heat pump annual service plan
With our Annual Service Plan, we’ll send a specialist engineer to carry out a full-service on your air source heat pump equipment each year.

What’s included
- Full testing of the air source heat pump equipment and associated components, to confirm they’re in good working order
- The engineer will also inspect visible pipework and complete a glycol top up where necessary
- All this will be carried out to statutory requirements and in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications
What’s not included
- Please note, the plan is not suitable for hybrid heat pumps (that work alongside a boiler) or ground source heat pumps
- The plan doesn’t include any repair costs, replacement parts or costs incurred for annual services carried out by anyone other than our authorised engineers necessary
- The following components are excluded from the plan: decorative or curved radiators, taps and their direct supply, non-visible or below ground pipework.
Important information
This service plan is provided by Domestic & General Services Limited.
Your plan will last 12 months and automatically renew each year, ensuring there is not a break in care. Don’t worry, we’ll contact you before this happens. Full details of your Direct Debit and renewal will be provided in your welcome letter that you’ll receive via post.
Eligibility
Your air source heat pump must be:
- An air source heat pump containing a hydrobox/heat exchanger/decoupler module with an unvented hot water cylinder (holding less than 110 gallons or 500 litres)
The system must be:
- Owned by you and used for personal and non-business purposes only
- In good working order and under 15 years old when you take out the plan
- Located in the UK
