What makes a good public EV charge point site?
Land must be owned or be available for a 10-year lease
Unrestricted public access (24/7, 365 days a year)
Located in a high-traffic area
Ideally close to amenities - for example, retail shops, restaurants or customer facilities
Beneficial if the nearest similar charge point is at least 1/2 a mile away
