When you join, we will credit your account within 14 days. It will show on your bill as My ScottishPower credit. And for our customers with smart prepayment meters, your payment will be made directly to your meter.

If you’re responsible for energy at more than one property supplied by ScottishPower, keep in mind that you’ll need to sign each account up individually. We will then reward you £5 energy credit per household after you have joined My ScottishPower.
