If you would like to register, you will need your:

  • ScottishPower account number - this can be found on any bills or correspondence you have received from us.
  • Postcode

Online account guidance

To keep your account safe and get the most out of our service we recommend that you:

  • Enter your meter readings regularly

This helps us to provide you with accurate bills. We'll email you regular reminders to provide a reading every 90 days but we recommend that you provide reads even more regularly to keep your bills as accurate as possible. Please note, a meter reader may visit your home if we don’t receive regular meeting readings from you. If you have a smart meter, we’ll receive meter readings from your smart meter automatically, in line with the meter read frequency you have selected.

  • Keep your email address up to date

If your preferred method of contact is by email, it’s important we have your correct email address. Don’t forget to add us to your safe senders list to avoid our messages going into your spam folder.

  • Keep your email address and password secure

You’ll need these to log in to your account, so please keep them safe.
