Please make sure you’re using the email address you have originally registered with us. Our most common access issue is due to customers trying to use a new email address to log in - without updating their new one in their online account first. To check if your old email is still registered, try sending yourself a password reset. You’ll need to log in and use the ‘Update details’ section to give us your desired email address.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it easily here. Simply enter your email address that you'd normally use to log in to your account. This will then send you a link to your email and you can then follow the steps on screen to reset your password.
If the email address that you used to create your ScottishPower online account is inactive or you can no longer access it to retrieve our authentication emails, please get in touch using your preferred contact method below.
