Subject Access Request (SAR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) youhave the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

Should you require a copy of your personal data (for example: correspondence, invoices, phone calls) you can request this through the following channels:

The quickest and safest way for us to transfer your personal data is via your online account. In many cases we will be able to provide you with most of your personal data either immediately or within 24 hours of your request.

Please access your online account or register for an online account.

Once you have successfully logged in to your account, please click on the ‘Edit your Details’ from the Your Account Details drop down. You can raise a Subject Access Request (SAR) by selecting the ‘Your data & contact preferences’ option

If you do not have an online account another alternative is to email your request to:

 Your personal data will be available within one-month of your request and will be sent to you via a secure web portal link. You will be given a link and a password to access your information.

Alternatively you can write to us to request your personal data:

 We will post your personal data to you within one-month via recorded delivery.
