Why choose our Annual Service Plan?
For every year you take out the plan, a specialist engineer will carry out an annual service visit to check on the following equipment:
- Air source heat pump
- Hydrobox, heat exchanger or decoupler module
- Unvented hot water cylinder (holding less than 110 gallons or 500 litres)
They will also check the associated components below:
- Controls for the air source heat pump
- Circulation pumps outside the air source heat pump
- Standard thermostats
- Radiators (please note decorative and curved styles are excluded)
- Expansion tanks
About our Annual Service Plan
As well as carrying out a service check on your air source heat pump equipment, our specialist engineer will also inspect the visible pipework and complete a glycol top up where necessary.
All this will be carried out to statutory requirements and in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
This Annual Service Plan is provided by Domestic & General Services Limited.
